Back in May, I gave a presentation at iManage Connect Live in New York City. iManage Connect Live is a conference where the software users and iManage staff come together to mastermind, learn, and network. I attend every year.

The conference allows me to stay up to date on the latest and greatest features of IRM and ensures I’m bringing my clients the best solutions possible. This year, I gave a presentation with Ian Raine, the VP of product management at iManage. I provided a demo of IRM 10, and Ian outlined a roadmap of what to expect from IRM in the rest of 2019.

As a records manager, I understand the importance of a system that helps you, vs. a system that gets in your way. A good system allows you to print professional labels and barcodes, control access and privileges, inventory files and matter records, track retention, and pull actionable reports. In the demo portion of the video, I show you how IRM 10 addresses these needs.

In the roadmap portion of the presentation, Ian discusses recent and upcoming updates to the software. New Features in IRM 10 include:

  • Multi-Item Select in Web Client
  • Required Fields and Auto-Fill
