Nitza Medina-Garcia, CRM
InfoCompass, Inc. was formed in 2015 and is headed by Nitza Medina-Garcia, a Certified Records Manager with extensive experience in records and information management. She also holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from Pratt Institute of New York City.
Her career started as a records manager in New York City where she ran her own in-house records center. She was recruited to work for Interwoven to help implement iManage Records Manager software for clients around the world. Interwoven was ultimately bought by HP, but continued helping businesses implement records management software to suit their particular needs. In that time, she obtained her Certified Records Manager designation.
Her experience includes working as the Senior Records Management Consultant in Hewlett Packard Software’s Information Governance unit, which included iManage software used by many law firms today. She is a subject matter expert in iManage Govern Records Manager software.
During the time of HP’s several reorganizations, she decided it was time to take her knowledge, passion, and experience to venture out on her own and focus on making it easy for people to manage documents, emails and paper files. She is now able to give clients the freedom to focus on what they are really passionate about.
She currently is serving as Past -President of the Greater Sacramento Capitol ARMA Chapter and on the Board of Directors for the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce.
