iManage announces end of life support for iManage Records Manager versions 6.4 and 6.5
If your firm is currently on a version of iManage Records Manager 6.5 or older, now is time to consider an upgrade. iManage announced on March 28th that older versions of iManage Records Manager will be retired as of May 31, 2025 (iManage customers can see the notice here).
iManage is advising to upgrade to the current version of iManage Records Manager to continue to receive support on the latest technology, enhanced features and improved security measures.
Benefits of moving to IRM 10 include:
- Manage and control all records from a single policy: Using a central interface, administrators can create, monitor, and enforce governance policies on both physical and electronic records. Removing the need to define policies separately in your iManage Work Server and records management systems.
- Seamless integration with iManage Work: iManage Work content is never removed or stored elsewhere and can be automatically declared as records. Professionals have a single source of truth and can quickly find the information they are looking for.
- Intuitive Disposition Processing Workflow: Easily automate and track the end-to-end process of content that is eligible for disposition. Set your own retention polices and reduce the risks, costs, and challenges of maintaining records within your organization.
